Preparation:
Place the berries in a saucepan with the orange juice. Bring to the boil and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. (Fruit should be soft). Allow the mixture to cool. Once cooled transfer the mixture into 4 dessert glasses, layer the berries, banana and granola. Serve with some HB Hazelbrook Farm banana ice cream.

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut each filo sheet into 4 even-sized squares and then brush each one lightly with some melted margarine. Layer the four filo squares on top of each other, overlapping them so that they form a star shape.
Core and thinly slice the pear. Arrange the pear and raspberry into the centre of each filo pastry and crinkle up the edges of the pastry cases to make little pies.
Mix the honey and orange juice together and brush over the fruit. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot with HB Hazelbrook Farm Vanilla ice cream

Place the banana in a serving dish. Put a scoop of each flavour of HB Hazelbrook Farm ice cream in a row between the slices of banana. Top the ice cream with some chocolate sauce and sprinkle with some chopped walnuts. Ready to serve.

Preparation
Place the blueberries and blackcurrants with the apple juice and cinnamon stick into a saucepan. Bring to the boil and then simmer for about 10 minutes (until the fruit is soft).Take off the heat and stir in the strawberries. Leave the mixture to cool.
Place the raspberries and orange juice in another saucepan and bring to the boil. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes until fruit begins to soften. Add in the marshmallows and continue to stir until they begin to melt.
Serve the fruit mix into serving dishes and top with HB Hazelbrook Farm raspberry ripple ice cream and marshmallow sauce.
